Zehra Allibhai is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years of training experience. Along the way, she has helped hundreds of people to reach their health and fitness goals. Her dedication and focus on each client leaving their session feeling strong, positive, and energetic has been a key part of her success over the years.
In addition to one-on-one Personal Training, she has also taught Boot Camp classes, Running Groups as well as specialty classes for new moms and seniors. Her educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She continues to broaden her knowledge with regards to exercise, nutrition, and wellness to ensure that not only do all of her clients benefit from an excellent workout that is challenging, motivating and fun, but that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to maintain their new healthy lifestyle. Fitness is one of her true passions and features prominently in her lifestyle as well as that of her family.
