For the ladies we currently have Bootcamp classes Mondays and Thursday mornings from 8:45 A.M -9:45 A.M.
A fun, high intensity class that combines both cardio and strength training. Work the entire body while burning major calories.
Everyone has to start somewhere, the classes are very welcoming to new members
Members : $55/10 classes
Non-members :$80/10 classes
